Should i just meet him, or end it here. PLEASE HELP ME

So story cut short, i ask him if he likes me romantically via phone call.. Then he say, its a bit hard because knowing we will soon separate and he will move to another country. Then i say thats fine, i take it as a no and im good with that. Which he then say no, thats not what he meant. But then, he also say our situation is mixed between friends and lovers, and its hard to 100% say our situation

Eventually he say, we will meet soon and discuss about this matter face to face.. Do you think i should meet him just for that? Or i should just reject and say its okay i already get the answer

Seems like you had made your mind up and was okay with walking away. If you're just doing this to let him down easy don't bother. Protect yourself and end things clearly and focus on your future
