I am TERRIFIED. Is it too late?

Currently, there are 4-5 months left until the GCSE exams. I am a generally average student and I'm alright at school, but I only properly started revising for my GCSEs this November... I am TERRIFIED that the content is going to be too much to cover, and that I am too late... could someone tell me where I should be at right now with my revision, mainly for Biology, Chemistry and Physics? Currently, I've completed only Paper 2 topics for Biology and Chemistry - I still need to briefly recap over the Paper 1 topics, and I have ALL of Physics to do....

honestly I wish I could give advice but I didn't revise at all really or ask for help when I needed it... however I do suggest revision through making note forms of sentences and trying to shorten them as much as possible to memorise them by going over your notes again and again and again. it's helped me for my short level 3 course...
also though - if you have any mental health struggles or neurodivergent things , you really need to mention those just in case you're eligible for extra time or support. those will be a massive help I'm sure , especially if you need them.

Thank you so much for the advice! I know how to effectively revise, the problem currently is not revision itself, it's that I am panicking about time - but I feel OK now 🙂
