Is it well-respected by employers outside of IB and high finance because I don't really want to go into that.

And what sort of technical jobs can I do which are fairly quantitative?

I can do a lot of maths at lse (real analysis, grad level econometrics, measure theoretic probability, mathematical game theory, complex analysis etc) its more mathsy than some STEM degrees like bio or chem

I think STEM was too broad. Not sure but seen most people say quant roles are full of math grads/phds etc
