history a level coursework help

My question is "To what extent do you agree that Malcolm X and the black power movement had a greater impact than Martin Luther King Jr and the peaceful protestors on the lives of African Americans from 1955 to 1968?". I'm really at a loss of how to structure it, how to include historian quotes, how to compare the malcolm x and mlk etc. I'm getting so stressed out and restarting over and over again.
