If you are applying for HL maths, you will sit an additional paper. I would say the Standard level maths exam was easy and rather straightforward. If you are good at GCSE level (if that's what you do) then you should have no problem scoring a high mark. The HL maths paper was more difficult but your final mark consisted of only the two questions which you answered best so no pressure to complete the whole paper. In the Science and Humanities paper, you pick either 2 sciences and 1 humanity or 1 science and 2 humanities. (You don't necessarily have to answer the subjects that you are applying for but it may be preferable). From what I remember, in the english paper, we were given an extract and had to answer some questions on it. They were rather standard GCSE style questions and not too difficult to answer. You will have access to past papers which you can use to practice.
