London Student Accommodation Takeover Urbanest Westminster

Hi if you’re a student looking for an en suite room this summer (19/06/2025 - 06/09/2025, start is somewhat flexible but end is not as it’s set by the company) I have an en suite available to transfer the contract of.
It’s £325 per week (rent is reduced from £400+ through my university and I can transfer the reduction to you regardless of which university you’re at so long as you’re a student). Urbanest charges a fee of £270 to transfer contract which we would split evenly.
It’s a very luxurious accommodation directly overlooking Westminster Bridge with unmatched connections to the City of London if you’re going an internship (Waterloo & City line is literally less than 5 minutes no stops straight to the city).
