Clearing help

Hi does anyone know if I can get into unis through clearing if I don’t apply to any university right now. And if I can what is the process.

Yes you can use clearing if you apply later but you will still need a full UCAS application to use clearing.

You will maximise your options if you submit a UCAS application to 5 choices before the January deadline.

If you aren’t able to meet the January deadline then you can still apply as normal to 5 choices from February to June. But some universities will close some courses after the January deadline.

Clearing doesn’t start until July. Applications submitted before then won’t go into clearing. The choices available in clearing are more limited than what’s available if you apply now.

As above. You need to have put an application in though so it is worth trying to do so by January end, if you can. To go into Clearing you need an application and no offers from any University you have applied to. If you have an idea of where you would like to go, then getting the application in, even if you just apply to that one place, is worth doing to avoid it filling and not being in clearing.
