How do you apply to dentistry in Australia from England

Hi, I am from England and thinking about applying to Australia for dentistry at any universities there that offer it for 2026 entry.
Would anyone be able to give me advice on what the process is like, what do I need to do to enrol especially as being an international student to Australia and what the equivalent course for dentistry is in Australia that I can come back to the uk and use as a registered dentist. I appreciate any help, thank you.

Oooh, this is an interesting question. This is one I don't know the answer to but I'm happy to help. Could you link me to a dentistry course at an Australian university and I will try to help you

I’m not sure if this is the equivalent to dentistry in the UK, I’ve done some research but still not 100% sure

So this is a postgraduate course, meaning you've already completed an undergraduate course in something before you start there.
What age are you currently and what UK qualifications are you studying?
This is an undergraduate dentistry course I've found at the same uni:

Note: they don't specify what A Level requirements they have.

This is a page I have found helpful in explaining the general process of applying to universities in Australia:
