will my new predicted grades effect collage applications previously sent off?

hello! this is my first post here and i’d love some advice ^.^

GCSE FRENCH —

i’m a very very anxious person, currently gettibg it diagnosed. i had 2 panic attacks on the day of my french speaking, one when i was in the exam getting prepared, causing me to be sent away, because ‘i was not in the right frame of mind’, the invigilator said. because of this, my french predicted grade lowered to a grade 2, from a previous grade 4. (i’m not entirely sure how thats possible, as i got a 5 on reading, 4 on listening and a 4 on writing) however, this change happened in December and i sent off all my applications in late october.

i’ve already got an offer to one of my dream collages, however i want my first choice badly than anything, and i’m scared they won’t accept me from my grade 2 as its a quite prestigious&oversubscribed school, which is VERY picky about grades. i know my application has been sent off however… do they get an updated list of grades from this term..?
