You get the feedback report after hirevue. I got final round interview (post AC) last year for the FIC program, but changed my strategy this year so just finished my hirevue for O&A. How has have peoples gone if you have done them?

I had the impression that SHL were quite unreliable with it because I didn't get a report after completing the practice assessments either. I have also applied to O&A and I will be doing the interview tomorrow! How did your interview go? I'm interested in equity sales specifically within sales and trading, and that is something that is only covered by GS' program. DB only has rates, structuring and currencies that come under their sales and trading umbrella. My end desired goal is working on the HF side managing my own L/S equities only fund, hence why I'm specifically interested in equities as opposed to macro-trading/structuring.

‘jammed’ as in good or bad..? i thought it was pretty standard

as in bad, i wouldn’t say it was difficult but i just didn’t know there would be a video interview so my answers were all quite waffly and not really structured or coherent tbh
