SOS medical microbiology research
hi, I am currently doing a research on wastewater samples. my methods include detection of antibiotics using LCMS and mutagenic testing. these methods are more to environmental health. my supervisor was the one who gave me the title. please suggest me any microbiology methods i could propose to me supervisor, besides WGS, AST or molecular methods in order to get my microbiology masters degree.
