How to get a summer job in Europe as a first year British uni student?

I would love to work in Europe in the next summer 2025, however I don't have an EU passport and also, I've applied for a few internships but haven’t heard anything back yet. Preferably I'd like an office job whether it's an admin role or customer service role however I think is very unlikely, so maybe I should be more open. Does anyone know how to actually make this a successful venture? Thank you.

P.S. I'm aware that this is extremely difficult especially considering Brexit and with me being a British passport holder.

In desperate need of tips & advice!

Europe is not the same as the EU. So it depends where ... another problem would be to show them, that you can get accommodation / insurance etc. during the time of a summer job and that you speak the language. So I would not get too high hopes.

An exchange year or internship would be more likely. At the end, most summer jobs are taken by local students and will require to speak the local language, as they are often low level jobs, where you cannot expect people being able to talk English.
