How can you not work this out for yourself?

Can you add the first two numbers together?

Can you work out what maths you would have to do to your 'out of' number, to make it equal 100?

Then do the same thing to the total you calculated of the first two numbers.

How can you be allowed out on the internet by yourself and find a thread and write this out, and still not be Abel to work out a basic percentage?

Thankyou. I have added the numbers together and divided it by 12 to find the percentage considering it was out of 1200 marks (928) and it comes out at 77 %. This was for a level computing by the way. Please confirm my maths is correct. Thanks

You can do a rough check yourself - 77% is a little bit more than three quarters. Is 928 a little bit more than three quarters of 1200? If so, then your answer is probably right.
