About my current job

My current job is taking my time, it's affecting my good health and the salary can't pay my bills. It doesn't allow me to have time for other things I do like photography and poultry. But now I think I need to be self-sufficient and I need transitioning capital for it. My question is ; am I on the right track?

Jobs do take time. Around a fifth of your total time. I'm not sure what affecting your "good health" means. Jobs are stressful. Jobs are challenging. Welcome to life. You will be hard pushed to find a job that isn't challenging or stressful to some extent. If it isn't paying your bills then you need to upskill and earn more.

But there is lots of time outside work. I have a full time job, a family, I'm doing a masters but still find time to play the piano, run, cycle, cook and more besides.
