psychology a level revision

pls can someone recommend good ways to study for psychology aqa a level? thanks!
Hello @nechamar!

Some revision techniques that helped me in A-level Psychology were past papers, flashcards, blurting and mindmaps. For me, timed past papers were the most effective as they helped me practice 8 and 16 marker structures and timings. Flashcards were good for learning the names of the theorists and what their research found. I have made a post discussing revision tips based on psychology research which might be helpful. 😀

Good luck with your revision and exams and let me know if you have anymore questions!

Hiya!

Poppy said some great advice! I definitely felt like past papers and mindmaps were the most helpful way for me to study. I would also add that if you're finding yourself running out of past papers, the exam questions usually follow a specific structure. I used to make up my own essay questions for each topic, and that way I easily covered the content

Best wishes for your revision! You've got this!
