Application for student loan through SAAS not being processed
Hello,
I am a student enrolled in an MSc at a Scottish university, starting my course this September 2024. I applied for a student loan through SAAS in early July and submitted all the additional information required in late October. I have not heard any updates since and have had to start paying the first instalment of the university fees out of pocket. I have tried calling and emailing many times, to no response. The second instalments of the fee is coming in February, and I was wondering what else could I do.

It is probably best to contact student finances or similar at the uni and make them aware. They might be aware of an issue with SAAS.
