It’s £234 per week, so £936 per month. Bills included . Rent paid until 13th January.

It’s payable in 3 sets of instalments, we’ve already paid the first which is coming to an end.

Next instalment is due 13th January and is £3,703.36 which takes you up to April 14th, with last instalment being £1,620.22

how do i take over the room exactly! would the contract be changed in my name! plus paying in instalments is not every body cup of tea! if no one takes the room you will end up paying huge amount for something you dont use. could you clarify the process how would i officially take over the room.

as the first instalment i would pay is quite an amount so would the contract transfer into my name how exactly i would take over the tenancy!

ok cool thats good so i make the payment for them! i have a final question whats the date of this instalment can i pay it on the 15th of Feb directly to IQ as iam a phd student and have a bursary and the instalment amount is quite big for me. if you and IQ agree i will contact them directly and ask for the form as simply cannot put my email address here as the system dont allow it! let me know what you think thanks

I have had a look at the agreement. As the next instalment is due Monday, we pay that and arrange a move / transfer day with you. Move in days have to be Saturdays so 18th January - you would start paying from then. We would then be refunded by IQ. I have messaged Student Room to see how we can exchange details as to move forward we need your contact details, uni, course etc.

ok i have a question though why would you make the payment as it would be my responsibility plus would i be able to pay the instalment on the 15th of feb did IQ agree! my email is ([email protected]) as i cannot put all my personal details online email me the form and what ever needed so i can fill it thanks!
