Student finance on SGO

I’m currently living with my sister under a special guardianship order but still have regular contact with my Mother. Will my Sisters or my Mother’s financial details be considered for maintenance loan ect.

Hi Glossyred,

If you are under 25 we would usually take your parents' details into account to income assess your maintenance loan if you still have contact with them.

Thank you for your reply. I’m just panicking as my sister doesn’t financially support me as my Mother, Brother and Nan give my sister money for me as it was a private family sitting in the courts. So would everything go off my mother’s financial details? And I put only hers on the application??
