Economics degree at Uni

Can I still study Economics at Uni even though I don’t A Level Economics? The A Levels I currently do are Maths, Computer Science and Business Studies.

Of course! From my knowledge, even Russell group universities do not require any A-levels in Economics. Some do prefer to take a-level maths due to the amount of maths that is taught with economics at university level.

But because you take a-level maths, that shouldn’t be a problem!
Hello there,

Yes, you can study Economics at university even if you haven't taken A-Level Economics. Most universities, including Coventry University, do not require A-Level Economics as a prerequisite for their Economics degree. Your current A-Levels in Maths, Computer Science, and Business Studies are a strong combination, particularly because Maths is highly valued for Economics programs.

Coventry University offers an excellent BSc Economics program that equips you with analytical and problem-solving skills for a range of careers in finance, business, and government. You can find more details about the course here:

I hope this helps!
Good luck!
