What do you mean by "best"?

In any event, in the current market, you may not get to choose which type of legal work you do, at least at the start of your career. Most aspirant lawyers don't obtain jobs in the legal professions. Those that do obtain such jobs may have to do whatever type of work they can obtain.

Those with an analytical mind might enjoy intellectual property or technology law, especially with the growing focus on AI and data protection. Ultimately, the best choice is the one that aligns with your passion and where you see yourself making an impact. Ultimately it's dependant on your viewpoint and interest!
