So I’m 20 never really kissed or dated anyone and starting to get tired of hearing my friend tell me all about her fun I’m quite introverted and at the point where I don’t really care about who I do it with just want to lose my v card I’m thinking about hiring a sex worker I just don’t know what to do

Don't do the deed with random people like your "friend" here,because it won't feel as good with someone you want to do it with and someone you don't,instead go to your local shoe store or your local farmer shop,or go to car shows,guys are just chill,women(respectfully) need to understand that men won't say no to you,we are desperate too.it is also a sin to do the ew ew before marriage and you might get pregnant...
