I sent the last one on November 21st. I have to contact Citisen because even the job center doesn't believe that they haven't paid yet. I have a family to support.😥

It has likely not changed yet due to the public holidays. Can you confirm what evidence you uploaded on that date please?

It's not confirmed, just that they're looking and sending a letter or email. But I think it'll only be January because of the holidays.

Hello , Unfortunately, the government only sent a pre-settlement letter, so the student loan office will ask for the permanent status online. How long does it take? It was applied for on January 3rd.

Homofice letter from immigration office , I sent the pre-settlement letter, but they ask for the settlement, but they ask me for it. Which is 15 days plus a check. I've been waiting for my money since September.

they didn't cancel it, I chatted with them yesterday, but I'm already full of debt and the job center can't believe they haven't paid yet

They must pay by February 7th at the latest.
