Which subject is hardest?
Hey everyone,
So I'm currently in year 13 doing physics, maths and engineering.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with doing both maths and physics and could say which one they found more difficult. Honeslty in year 12 maths I found better then physics. But this year I'm personally finding that physics is better then maths as maths has a lot of crossover with some parts of physics.
Any replies would be much appreciated!

Which subject is hardest is totally subjective I'm afraid. Everyone's perspective will be different.

personally, I think that physics was a lot harder than maths but that may just because I didn't have good teachers and I had to learn the content myself.

overall, people find physics harder at A level because it's a massive step up from GCSE (this is the case for all three sciences. GCSE is basically clickbait). on the contrary, many people find GCSE maths extremely difficult already, and therefore aren't shocked by the difficulty of it in sixth form. i have a friend who does maths and says she genuinely doesn't find it much harder than it was at GCSE- but everyone i know who does physics is struggling big time.
