for geography you can use physics and maths tutor and bbc bitesize to find notes for each topic and case studies and on the pmt website there are pre made flashcards of definitions
https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/geography-revision/https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/examspecs/zsytxsgmake sure you practise using exam qs and past papers and do them in timed conditions and then markk them to find out where your weak points are. our teacher taught us the acronym BUG to use when apporaching exam questions.
Box the command word in the question,
Underline all the key words, and then when write the answer
Glance back to make sure you are writing about what the question is asking and not something else. this method personally helped me losing marks thru silly mistakes that occur as a result of not reading the question properly.
i do edexcel business so idk how similar it is to the aqa spec so ig all i can say is use quizlet (flashcards) to learn key terms and definitions bcs it is so important, this will help you in the MCQs which are easy marks, and it will help you in basically all questions. also make sure you memorise the advantages and disadvantages when revising certain topics and concepts, this will help you to instantly decide what to write your answer about in longer questions. make sure u know the exam format for each question and always use as much application from the case study as possible wherever you are given one. there is a website called save my exams it has very good notes but use them wisely as you can only read 5 notes per week for free. also bbc bitesize has good notes for all topics as well as a guide on exam structure.

for maths, as the person above me said, watch mathgenie videos to leanr topics that you are unsure about (there are many more yt channels, eg corbett maths, gcse maths tutor, dr frost maths, first class maths etc etc) and remember practice makes perfect
