Change of circumstances

Hello,
I had a change of circumstances in the most recent term (of post grad), and have dropped out. This was due to illness.
I have checked my student finance England portal and it says my next instalment is scheduled. I have already spoken to them and they said they needed confirmation from my university.
As such, will this scheduled payment arrive in to my account? I am ill and worried that they will hassle me for this so would prefer to get it sent straight back rather than worry any further.
If it will arrive in to my account as scheduled (as “scheduled” is stated on the portal) should I ask them for bank details to return to or await their contact?
