gcses too low for cambridge?

Recently had an interview at cambridge for their Hsps course, and while i’d say it went fairly well, i’m worried they will take into account my gcses when narrowing down applicants. I’ve also heard how the majority of people that get in have all 9s or thereabouts.
My GCSEs were 9987776665 - thoughts?

They'd look at them within the context of your school and they're not as big of a factor as many others. Also, most people in Cambridge don't have straight 9s.

Hi, I am in Y12, with solid predicted and very similar GCSEs. How did your application go and well done for getting an interview!

i wouldn't say .... is there an update? How did the rest of the application process go ? I'm also a HSPS applicant I've just submitted my ucas.... How was your interview and what did you discuss, if i may ask?
