GCSE Religious Studies

I do Christianity and Judaism. I am not struggling (predicted 9) but I am not exactly sure how to revise. I don't have much time for revision and my method of just making notes isn't the most efficient. Any ideas?
Practise exam questions, make flashcards on your weaker areas and make mind maps on key topics would be what I would do

Agreed flashcards are great for memorizing quotes and facts. What I did was write shorter quotes was writing them on post it notes and sticking them around the house. You start associating that place in the house with that quote (I was sceptical at first but trust me it works!) Blurting is also amazing for this!
Also when you do PPQs analyse why you got things wrong/lost marks and make a lost of all the things you consistently get wrong and write down how you are gonna learn it. I made codes for things like C for not knowing the content and RTQ when I didnt read the question properly.

Apologies for the lengthy reply! This is all the info I needed when I sat this GCSE. Link if you have any questions!

Ben Wardle has a really good youtube channel. Also I would recommend checking out revision notes by 'CSandRS' on stuvia (a website with revision notes). Just search 'CsandRS' on the stuvia search bar. I got a grade 9 using their notes. However, they do christianity and islam. Hope this helps

I did EPS (ethics philosophy spirituality) GCSE last year and got a grade 9. We did Buddhism and Christianity. I found the best way to revise was flashcards, I’d revise quotes that linked to certain topics as they counted for a lot of marks for my exam board. I also would say knowing what the answer format needed for a question is is very important, and learning to say your own opinions and write essays with flare is what can get grades 7+. I think if you understand all the content, really the only thing to memorise is exam technique and quotes. Good luck!
