your gcse 4 might eliminate quite a few unis, although a lot do say they consider individual circumstances. if you're in a position to resit, i would highly recommend, though, as just one grade above may give you that extra qualification that you need.

e.g. uni of liverpool needs a grade 5, uni of manchester needs a grade 6, lancaster uni needs a 6, uni of kent needs a 5, etc etc

some unis that would accept you, however:
- keele: BBC, and gcse maths 4
- brighton: BBB, and gcse maths 4
- edge hill: BBC, and gcse maths 4
- huddersfield: BBB, no maths requirement

good luck with your application and achieving your goal!!

They need 6 and 7 in GCSE Maths respectively, so not with your current grades.

you might be able to resit externally if there are any exam centres near to you, though it may cost you money to do so and you'd have to teach yourself the content.

assuming you mean "uni of" for manchester and leeds, it's looking like a no. both need AAA at alevel, manchester needs gcse maths 6 and leeds needs gcse maths 7. even foundation years seem to want above a 4, too.

Seriously - resit GCSE maths. There are multiple reasons for this:

although accountancy isn't very mathematical there is maths involved with the course. Frequently when people struggle with the degree its because of weak GCSE level maths.

You may find that for both internships and graduate jobs employers filter on grades and one of these filters will be gcse maths.

You expand the number of universities you can apply to and pick the best option for you.

Very likely you wouldn't get in based on GCSE maths. Way better to have a year out and resit maths,

It’d still be an automatic rejection for not meeting the Maths requirement.

Why won't your current place of study allow you to take Maths again? You should be able to study it on your own.
