Rejected due to not enough point but ucas application updated

I applied for a midwifery course which required 120 points but also stated mature student will be considered if a qualification has been obtained in the last 5 years. I have a level 3 diploma just under 5 years ago and 10 years ago. This gives me 64 point. I didn't list my national diploma I received at 18 as it was in performing arts and I found it irrelevant. However this gives me an additional 128 points. I have added this qualification onto my ucas application after the rejection. Can the university look at my application again and change the decision of rejection based on lack of point now that a do have enough?
They can, but they’re not obliged to consider anything that you didn’t include in the first instance. You’ve nothing to lose by asking them.

NB. You should have included all achieved equals, not just what you deemed relevant.
