Why is sb not 0 kj mol ^-1, I thought that all elements have enthalpy of formation as 0 so why is it not the case here

The enthalpy of formation is from its standard state - and Sb is a solid at RTP, so the 20kJ/mol represents the enthalpy change in going from the standard state (solid) to the state in the reaction (liquid) per mole.
(hope this helps)
