Y13 revision

Hey everyone,
I've been really stressed out these days as A levels are 5 months away, and I want to make sure I'm revising everyday for each subject at least for 30 minutes, so I don't have to cram at the end. But the issue is that when I come back from college I feel exhausteeddd and then I try to relax which generally stretches to 2-3 hours before I can get myself to revise, and it becomes this cycle of sleeping late and feeling tired the next day
I also feel like I take too long doing reallllyy simple things such as making flashcards, so I never fully focus because I'm worried that it's a waste of time in the back of my mind
Is anyone else struggling with this because it would be nice if we can help each other, and any advice would be really appreciated

I'm in year 13 as well and stressing about a-levels they're so close and I feel underprepared and constantly questioning my own ability so don't worry you're not the only one feeling stressed.

If you feel tired when you get home, do you have free periods during college in which you could get some work done? If you're struggling with focus you could set a timer (eg Forest, Pomodoro) which could motivate you to remain focused during study time. Making a revision timetable could also help provide structure to ensure you're having a good revision/rest balance. If you don't think flashcards are useful you could try other active recall techniques like mindmaps, blurting etc.

Of course these are just suggestions as these techniques work for me absolutely no pressure to do these things if you don't want to  Feel free to ask any other questions and I'll try to answer the best I can
