I am doing a project on photosynthesis through ice (whether its possible or not). Anyone know any sites that might be helpful?

Hmm - by on ice what do you mean? There aren't many plants that can cope with life in freezing conditions, due to inactivation of enzymes, etc.

It might help to look up some artic plants and their adaptations and go from there...

Here's a paper on freezing, photosynthesis and algae:

Low temperatures in the 1995/96 winter (on Dec. 28th 1995 the minimum temperature was - 21.5°C) caused great freezing injury on shoots and flower blossoms. The extent of freezing injury differed among particular cultivars of peach and nectarine, and attention was paid to different tree conditions within the same cultivar. In August 1996 the tree condition was evaluated on the basis on a grading scale, then the level of the net photosynthesis was measured as well as the level of other physiological state indicators for the healthy and injured leaves. The measurements of photosynthesis were made with a portable photosynthesis system (model LCA-3, Analytical Development Corporation, Hoddeson, UK) operating in an open configuration and using ambient air. The intensity of the net photosynthesis as well as transpiration and nitrogen contents were much lower in the leaves of freezing injured trees. For example the net photosynthesis of the cultivar Harbinger was 14.80 μmol CO2 g-1s-1 for healthy trees and 12.71 μmol CO2 g-1s-1 for freeze injured trees.
