Medicine interview dress codes

What is everyone wearing to their in person interviews? I've bought some formal clothes but I'm worried I'm going to be overdressed

You won't be overdressed. I've done an interview with Leicester this cycle and I just wore a shirt, chinos, and smart shoes.

Most applicants wore Suits with blazers at my interview, although this works, imo I think its a bit much? I don't ever see doctors wearing suits.

I think the best way to dress is to imagine what your GP would wear at a consultation.
