Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. Probably the longest I've owned any phone without the itch to upgrade showing up.

There’s little things that you can’t do on an iPhone such a clipboard without a third party keyboard, set a full song for free as your alarm/ringtone, easily transfer things on WhatsApp (this is WhatsApp’s fault rather than Apple’s for once) etc.

There was also a lack of customisation of iPhones prior to iOS 18 (Android was and probably is still winning by a mile) but I don’t not care about phone customisation that much. It’s more the little and simple things that makes me want to go back to Android.

I have always wondered what the numbers with the big letter 'A' means, maybe it refers to generations.

The letters in Samsung's nomenclature correspond to the different product tiers; M series are entry level, A series are midrange, S series are high end, Z series are foldables.

Moto g22, budget but it works for the nearly 3 years I've had it. I've noticed a couple of stutters now and again but I really can't justify spending 500+ on a phone for 3 years usage

It is good to know that I was not the only one who had no clue about the letters.

With the information I got, your Samsung is high end, so with a good resolution.

Yeah it's considerably better than the Sony L4 I had until a couple of months ago. It fought me every time I tried to use it.
