Oxford University Msc in Advanced Computer Science

Vent/Curious

I’m a prospective 2028/2029 applicant from India with a strong passion for Computer Science. I’m currently in the final semester of my Diploma and plan to pursue a B.Tech through lateral entry via the JELET exam.

I often find myself feeling stressed about how my choice of university and its placement opportunities might impact my chances of securing admission into Oxford’s MSc in Advanced Computer Science—if I ever meet the eligibility criteria and prove competitive enough to apply.

I’m also working to improve my math skills, as I recognize their importance in both academics and research. At the same time, I’m worried about building a standout resume and identifying impactful extracurricular activities that could set my application apart in such a highly competitive field.

I’d be incredibly grateful for any insights or advice on strengthening my profile!
