Can I solve questions in my GCSE paper using stuff I learned in Further Maths?

Hi, I was wondering if you were allowed for e.g to do binomial distribution for a probability question in an IGCSE maths exam (because binomial distribution has not been taught in GCSE) Does anyone know if they will allow the marks for it?

Any valid method should be ok, but gcse maths questions are designed to be solved efficently using gcse maths techniques. The scenario youre describing is unlikely (not impossible) and if youre applying a more advanced method, you run the risk of not justifying/applying/... it correctly.
