Combined Science GCSE on UCAS application

I saw that for combined science GCSE you earn 2 separate qualifications therefore the two numbers on your results, so would you put combined science down twice on your general qualifications for UCAS?

Also would you put down the exact subject name that’s on your timetable e.g. Combined Sci: Trilogy Tier H or just choose the Combined Science option?

IIRC there's a double award GCSE option on UCAS - use that.
It can just be "Combined Science".

As above
Don’t list combined science as 2 GCSEs. Instead add a Double GCSE for combined science.
