CIE GCSE Computer Science

Hi everyone, I was wondering if we needed to know the operation of all input/output devices in the spec, there is an exhaustive list including laser jet printers, inkjet printers ect, do we need to know like some kind of 5 marker on each?

Hi , I did IGCSE CIE comp sci last year and got a 9. The new spec, from what I believe, doesn't contain inkjet printers and stuff like that anymore. You need to know very little about the input and output - like it is all very logical and basic, like they give you an example of a system and you have to say what input devices it might have.
