(ESAT) in January : Water and Tests Schedule ?

Hi,
I have only two simple questions that cannot be found on the official (ESAT) website :
(1) Can I bring water during the (ESAT) ? The website says no, but people on this website say yes, during the breaks.
(2) I'm sitting Maths 1, Maths 2 and Physics.
Do I have to sit the 3 tests in a row ? Are there breaks arranged during two tests ? So I can drink water during the breaks.
Thanks for help, I need to organize now.

(1) no but some centres do some weird stuff - you should definitely not expect water.
(2) breaks ^; there is a small break built into the software that's as long or as short as you want, but you probably don't want to spend more than a couple minutes. You can't get up, you can ask for more paper (weird whiteboard paper).
