looking for a studio in newcastle (open to tenancy takeovers)

hi i’m looking for a STUDIO in Newcastle preferably from january to june or july
max budget is £180

Hi, unsure if this would be suitable but I have a room for rent on Harrison Place. It currently has another 5 students living there but they are all extremely friendly and keep to themselves. The tenancy runs out in 21/09/25 and works out to be just around £580 a month including bills.

If this might be something which is ideal for you let me know I can put you in touch with the other room mates and the lettings office

Hi, don't know if you're still looking for somewhere or not but if you do some googling, find out which accomms in NCL have studio flats available and if you give them a call and ask if there's any tenancy takeovers up for grabs I'm sure you'd be able to find something. I believe there might be one person looking for a replacement tenant where I live (Roman House) so you could give Roman House a try :smile:
