Glasgow University Top Up Programme
I’ve applied to politics in november and i have AAABB at higher, people who have applied after me for the same course have heard back but i haven’t. My question is does the top up programme affect when i would get my offer and thats why i haven’t heard back yet or is it just a case of waiting? i finished top up in december but we don’t find out our grades till april.
I'll be doing top up Jan - March and they said we'd get grades in March but could get offers before then so that won't be the reason you haven't had a response, they are probably just doing the offers in stages. Plus the UCAS deadline isn't until 29 January and the universities have until 14 May to make offers. Also, top up grades won't change the offer until all grades are recieved in August. They will look at top up alongside other grades then.

First of all, there is nothing to worry about, this is completely normal!
Applications are reviewed in different stages, not all are completed at once. We don't review a majority of our applications until after the UCAS deadline. Each year, we work to have our offers out by the 31st of March.
Any offer we give would be conditional on you achieving the required grades in your top-up programme.
