UoM or Queen Mary?

What do you think (from your personal experience preferably) which Uni is better Uni of Manchester or Queen Mary especially in terms of social life and the people generally where would I have a better student experience?

Just remember that QMUL is in Bethnal Green in the East End, and most students are Londoners - ie. they will already have a social life / friendship group that has nothing to do with their Uni.

in terms of social life definitely manchester, as the other commenter said QMUL is in london, lots of people going there will already have their own social circles from high school and may be unwilling to make anymore.
London is also slightly isolating
