How do I do it? PLEASE HELP

I am trying to have a crazy academic comeback. i do A-level biology, chemistry and psychology. I have 132 days until my first a level exam (psych) so a little over 4 months and for chemistry and biology a little over 5 months . I know zero content. I have to start all from scratch. It seems crazy but I a willing to work day and night to get three As. What shoudl I be doing? How many Baku cards shoudl I be reviewing a day? Should I even bother with anki due to the the timeframe?

Please please help me I am willing to do anything and work really really hard so that I can get those 3 As . just give me a guide or tell me where I can get the help I need to plan this academic comeback!!!!!

I’m also going into my a level exams soon and I’ve been using a couple different revision techniques but the important things to use when studying is interleaving your subjects, spending say an hour on one subject then taking a break and spending an hour on the next subject, and revision strategies that involve active recall such as sq4r (my favourite study method) or the Feynman technique and look for recommendations for study techniques that work better for your subject as that can help

For biology and chemistry especially, you can use the exam board specification to both guide your revision but also for annotation.

Youtube videos can really help too.
Try to get accustomed to practice questions as much as possible, do them without looking at the mark scheme then mark them and keep a log of areas you get incorrect often and focus on improving them.
