You can, provided you have not already sat A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification within the last 3 years

The Medical Schools Council website has a list of schools which will and will not accept Access courses here: Entry Requirements

Use that as a starting point, but contact each medical school to check with them directly (giving them as much information as possible about your specific situation).

The schools that do accept Access courses can be very picky about which course they will specifically accept. Generally, a QAA-approved "Access to Medicine" course is your best bet. Examples of some of the more trusted providers are: College of West Anglia, City of Bristol College, East Sussex College, The Manchester College. Universities such as Bristol and Exeter will helpfully review the content of your proposed course if you send that information to them, and let you know whether it meets their requirements or not.
