En suite bathroom with sink, shower, towel rack, toilet, storage space etc
This room has a Juliet balcony in! Like a sliding French door type window
Everything’s included in the price - a large gym on site, buffet style breakfast 5 days a week, multiple weekly activities / socials, all bills, parcel room, social & study rooms you can book

hi i would be interested in taking over tenancy first question do i need to pay a deposit, do you pay the rent monthly or termly, when your lease end, when the next rent payment is due, when i can move in iam a phd student. would the contract be changed in my name thanks
