CAS SHIELD for University of Sunderland

University talks about student support services on their website but reality is different my CAS is stuck on 61% and my course will be starting in feb. And they are not responding to my mails. "Yeah i think this the student support services i was not aware of."
Hi there, I'm not sure how you have previously tried to contact the team however, the best route is via the CAS Shield Chat. The university has reopened following the Christmas closure period and staff are now available to answer your queries. If you are still have issues following this, please contact us via [email protected] as we can assist further. Thank you.

@Katie - UoS Rep I sent a mail to above email and got a google failure delivery notification. The lack of response from the university of Sunderland admission team on CAS progress been stuck at 61% for 4 weeks, 3 weeks despite claiming on the website that it takes 5 working days is giving scam vibes.

Before CAS request after successfully uploading all documents, I was getting reminders daily, responses to my questions were promptly attended to by both the admissions team and the CAS Shield chat. However, after successfully uploading all required documents for CAS, all questions on updates due to this delay has remained unanswered.

This is how scammers behave, they are readily available before payment is made and once payment is made, they go on silent mode. Please, is University of Sunderland a scam? How can CAS shield be stuck at 61% for weeks and no update or even responses to student enquiries on this CAS delay.

It questions the University of Sunderland transparency policy.

Please, kindly inform the admission team to give updates on cause of delay to all intending students for issuing CAS. Also, they should share next steps on refunds of deposit for those that cannot resume on the course start date due to no CAS.

@Katie - UoS Rep is University of Sunderland international admission a scam? the action or inaction of the university in the coming days will affirm if it is a scam or not.
Hello,

The international team have had a very busy time making sure everyone who applied for our January intake received a CAS and was able to apply for their visa and start their course on time. We are sorry for the delay in responding to you if you have applied to study with us in February or March. University teams will be in touch with you very soon, if we need any further documentation from you or of any other options available.

Thank you for your patience at this busy time.

Katie
Hello Katie, I have submitted required documents to university of sunderland to release my CAS, This three weeks gone and I am yet to receive it. Its now stuck at 61%. Please help
Hi there, typically the percentage is linked to the evidence required and submitted on your portal. I would advise you to review your CAS Shield to confirm you have submitted all the required documents in each section. If you believe you have submitted all of your evidence required, please can you email us directly at [email protected] with your student application number and we will raise this with the appropriate team to review. Thank you.
@Katie - UoS Rep , kindly confirm the start date of March intake for MSc. International Business management Extended course and its CAS deadline. Thanks .
