Yorkshire or Lancashire Private Exam Candidates
Morning everyone.
The exam centre i have been using for the past 3 years has severely curtailed its available choices for summer 2025, leaving me looking for a new centre.
Any ideas for a centre that i can use in Yorkshire or Lancashire, ideally North or West Yorkshire or East Lancashire?
The exams would be A level Classical Civilisation.

If you can stretch to South Yorkshire, the Tutors & Exams exam centre in Doncaster is the one we've used for several years.

I could at a push and if i have no other choice stretch to it, i notice however that they charge £510 for an A level.
At the moment i am chasing up possibilities in Bradford and Manchester, neither list Classical Civilisation at A level but both are OCR centres.

Yeah A Levels privately are very expensive. Good luck with your search, I hope you find somewhere suitable.

Did the AS last year, entirely on my own with no previous experience of the subject (grade B) and have just started the last module on the A syllabus.
I will find somewhere, but expense and 0600 wake up time to be sure of getting to the centre are hardly ideal.
