I dont know if thats enough, in the mocks I got all As, I am also currently trying to get full ums in biology and chemistry, can you guys give me any tips/advice?

Hi @Sam_Mar

Firstly, it sounds like you've been on top of your revision by completing past exam papers, so you've already been working really hard on revising. And your mock results were great too!

The thing with revision is there is never really a final end point where you 'finish revising'. You could keep revising and practicing forever to keep improving if you wanted to. So this final week before your exams can feel daunting as you can start doubting how much revision you've done and if you know everything you need. But this week is about refocusing your mindset towards your exams and how you're going to get through them successfully.

You've clearly been working hard, and all that work won't suddenly disappear overnight. I would suggest still keeping some revision running in the background for this next week. You could keep up with quick recall, like flashcards, or have a go at some past exam questions or quizzes online. Try to keep your revision consistent, but don't start cramming and overworking yourself up until the last minute - you want to feel rested for your exam!

I would also try and have some quality night's sleep over the next few nights so you're in a routine that will help you feel ready for the exams. You don't want to burn out right before exam day.

I'm sure you'll ace your exams next week! And it can be easy to spiral into panic as exam day approaches - I've definitely been there myself - but try your best to look after yourself this next week so you're ready to go.

All the best and good luck!

Hi @Sam_Mar ,

I understand sitting exams can be daunting, however you seem extremely prepared so well done! As other replies have stated, when revising you may not feel "complete" with covering the content so don't let this concern you. Completing past papers is an excellent way to understand how the test is marked, alongside how to structure your answers.

My first recommendation would be to allow yourself to relax. Taking a break is essential as you don't want to burn yourself out. Burnout can lead to stress and effect your mood, however taking breaks can often allow better retention of information when studying.

In order to still maintain your revision, I recommend doing flashcards as they are quick, convenient and you can cover large amounts of information in a short time while prioritising topics you may struggle with. 📚️

Your hard work will pay off, good luck with your exams,
