Why does this bother me so much?

When I was around five maybe I don’t really remember I had this male cousin who would come over and he’d tell me we’d play a game… he basically explained sexual acts and would make but act them out with a stuffed animal (I never was naked never actually touched) but it still feels wrong to me and gives me a lasting feeling even though he never talks about it nor any of my family I understand that it isn’t exactly what most people think about when they talk about sexual assault or related issues but it still bugs me and I never feel like it should.. like I’m being dramatic.. and I really to to know if I am or not.

Don’t ever feel like your feelings are not valid. You have a right to feel the way you do. It might be helpful to talk to someone about it.

Yes, this was a form of sexual abuse, and your feelings are entirely valid.

This is a form of sexual abuse. He may not realize at that time that he is doing something wrong.
You should talk to someone about it. If you are still in contact with each other I think you should both talk about it too, only when you are ready and overcome the effect of the trauma.
Sometimes it is a hidden trauma, like in your case. It bothers you and you need to understand why and how did it effected you. Talk to your counsellor or therapist. Don't be afraid to go to a therapy, they have tools to help, especially if you cooperate.
