Student finance issue

I am student on last year at LCCA. For the first time I have problem with student finance. I have applyed from 4th October and I get an answer only on 12 December. Aplication approved. All payments blocked. I received an email saying that I am on investigation. I have no idea why. I tryed to speak with student finance, they said that can not offer me answer. They asked for statements for last 3 years from all my accounts. Than want nana contracts and receipts how I paid them. Anyone have idea how long can be this process? What is next? I already finished first semester and the school is asking me to pay the tuition fee. I do not know what to do. Any advice? I have sent all documents required
